What if my parcel gets lost in the mail?

In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in Australia Post or Sendle and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

 

What if the products I purchased are faulty?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. We will require photo proof of the affected products and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any products that is faulty should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at support@ststation.com.au

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

Orders will be ship via Sendle or Australia Post, you should expect to receive your orders within  2-7 business days upon payment verification. Please note that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. this will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

Can you use multiple discounts and coupon for the same purchase?

No, we only accept one discount per purchase.
