How long do I have to return an item

For all customers, please return unsuitable items within 10 days of the date you receive the parcel. Please note, we can only offer refunds on following conditions.  

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. - we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on

To start a return, you can contact us with your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damage &Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at to arrange a refund or exchange.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


The cost of returning item is to be paid by the customer. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Also, if the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to process your return. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.



If you live in Melbourne, in-store exchange option is available. (*Please note that you must contact us and get a detailed confirmation before you visit one of our stores)


Online purchase :

Refunds/Exchange/store-credit applicable on all items in 10days.

In store purchases :

There are no refunds for change of mind.
You may exchange any items or store-credit.


Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping (within Australia

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $70


You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at  Melbourne central shopping mall. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International shipping 

International orders will be charged according to destination at checkout. Your order will be sent via Australia Post with an expected delivery timeframe of 7–14 business days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

We offer free international shipping for orders over $200

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ST STATION is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
